This interactive map provides an overview of OIG closed investigations, which are defined as completed investigations that resulted in administrative, civil, or criminal actions and those that are either unfounded or where our Special Agents found no evidence of wrongdoing.

The information for this map is updated semiannually and contains two years of data.

FILE A HOTLINE COMPLAINT

The OIG Hotline receives information from USPS employees, customers, and the general public. It is an important avenue for reporting fraud, waste, and misconduct.
