Background
This interim report presents the results of our self-initiated audit of the efficiency of selected processes at the Yuma Main Office (MO) in Yuma, AZ. The Yuma MO is in the Arizona- New Mexico District of the WestPac Area. We judgmentally selected the Yuma MO for our audit
