This interim report presents the results of our self-initiated audit of mail delivery, customer service, and property conditions at the Collierville Main Post Office (MPO) in Collierville,. The Collierville MPO is in the Tennessee District of the Southern Area and services ZIP Code 38017. This ZIP Code serves about 47,868 people in a predominantly urban area. This delivery unit has 19 rural routes and 15 city routes. We judgmentally selected the Collierville MPO based on the number of Customer 360 inquiries, Informed Delivery contacts, undelivered route information, and stop-the-clock scans performed at the unit.
