Kathleen Lupariello was selected as the Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Postal Service Inspector General’s Office in May 2022. Before her selection, Mrs. Lupariello served as the Deputy CIO since November 2019. She also served as the Cloud Migration Director, Director of Application Development, and Collaboration Manager among other leadership rolls since she joined the OIG in 2009. As CIO, she oversees the delivery of technical services, IT security features, applications, data management, and IT equipment for the agency.

Before entering government service, Mrs. Lupariello worked in the private sector for Fannie Mae and PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has over 25 years of experience in the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of technical solutions that address the needs of her customers in support of their missions. Mrs. Lupariello holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
