The Richmond Virginia USPS distribution center is totally inept. I am paying for priority mail from Tampa Florida to Charlottesville Virginia a letter, not a package, that NEVER gets to Charlottesville in less than 5-6 days. It leaves Tampa and gets to Richmond the same day, what is the problem with Richmond??? This has happened three times now in the last two months, the last time it arrived in Staunton, then sent back to Richmond, then who knows where it end up... very frustrating! Will be using FEDEX and UPS from now on.....

My husband, Richard (Dick) Hendrickson and I moved in November and had our mail forwarded to our new address. It never arrived. We were told it takes weeks to make the change. In the meantime we left for our winter home in Florida, and had our mail transferred to this address. We are getting current mail now, but there is a large bundle of mail, including checks, Christmas cards, magazines, a new drivers license application and much more that is missing. We have called both the West Chester, PA office and the Cochranville, PA office and they can't find it. We were told everything goes through the Virginia distribution center, hence, this request for your help. Somewhere there is a large stack of our mail. I would greatly appreciate your help in finding it.
