I sent my time sensitive documents via priority mail from Gardena CA to Sacramento CA on Jan 23, 2018. According to the tracking system my package is stil in rout! My mail/package left out of the Gardena Post office that evening at 5:30. Supposedly it’s been “In transit to destination” ever since. There has not been any update on the status of my package since Jan 26th. It still says my package is in transit to its destination. It hasn’t even reached the Los Angeles distribution center??? There are extremely important documents that are due in that package. Either it was not scanned properly, or it has been misplaced. What usually takes 2-3days has now taken 8 days and counting.

I sent time sensitive material to my son with priority mail package. The package departed USPS Regional destination facility ( LA distribution center ) at 5:53am 1/12/2018. ---- 7 days -----Arrive post office at 5:23am 1/19/2018. It is hard to believe a USPS priority mail package takes 7 days to travel 20mile in the same city?! Could we still trust USPS to send time sensitive material?

My office is in Colorado. On 07-24-17 I sent a Cert Mail large envelope w Return Receipt to a client in Los Angeles, and as of today, 08-15-17, she has not received it, nor has the PO carrier left any kind of notification for her to go to a PO to pick it up. I've decided that the USPS has major operations problems, because this is the 6th Cert Mail or Priority Mail this year that I have sent or a client has sent to me that have been delayed for WEEKS! And one of the boxes sent (approx 14 in X 14 in X 20 in) disappeared completely about 6 months ago; never delivered, never returned. I will no longer use Cert Mail, Priority, or any other 'special' service that USPS offers.

I live in a house right behind a beauty salon on 9821 1/2 South Normandie Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90044. And I am filing a complaint against a mail carrier in my post office district zip code 90044. I have not had any mail sent to me in 6 months because a lady that owns a beauty salon told this particular mail carrier not to send any mail to my home, and I am a tenant I my civil rights have been violated the post office would not let me or my daughter to come and pick up our mail from the facility. I need your help to do something about it immediately.

I have reported a recurrent problem within your system on two separate occasions. If inefficiency is waste, then this qualifies. I have on multiple instances received multiple mailings from insurance companies, brokerages and banks mailed over several months delivered on the same day. In some instances the postmarks are as much as six months late. The most recent event involved invoices from United States Liability mailed over a two to three month period all arriving on the same day at my home. In the more distant past the problem occurred with Citibank, Genworth and US Liability. I have been told by representatives from Customer Affairs that you are unable to track individual letters. And, as such are unable to conduct an investigation into how this systemic problem is happening. I just finished a conversation with a representative from Consumer Affairs who made the argument that this problem was happening because the corporate vendors were somehow metering their mail but not sending it until they had complied months worth of letters. This is an absolutely incredulous position to take. Financial institutions have a financial interest in serving their customers in a timely manner. The two CA numbers are:12879333 and 125172757 You are being paid for a service that is not being provided. Timeliness is part of your promise and implicit contract every time a customer posts a letter. I would have thought that your system would have been more interested in how to keep that promise than in defending why you don't.
