    I have been unable to reach my local post office (18324) Bushkill, PA FOR 2 days. I am out of town and unable to go in person. We recently (last week) had new mailboxes erected in. Y development. On the first day there was a key in my box indicating a package was in a larger box. The key did not work. I called the post office and it seems they left the wrong key. I had to leave ton and didn't get the package. When I returned on Sunday I had lots of mail and the package in the correct box. I put my mail on top of the box to open the large box. I believe I put my new keys- all 3 of them on top of the boxes. When I went to check my mail yesterday I realized I didn't have my keys. I cannot find them and I have not been able to reach the post office or mr carrier since 4pm yesterday. The phone is either busy or not answered. I have made over 50 attempts. My frame is that if someone finds the keys they would have access to my mailbox. I have had many other serious issues with this post office in the recent past including misdirected mail and undelivered packages or even notices.     I live in Meadville, PA. I wish to contact the person who has hierachical supervision over this post office. For several months, there has been an issue with misdelivery of mail. I receive someone else's mail and visa versa. While, I have contacted the Meadville post office manager on several ocassions the issue iscunresolved. I would like the contact information for the individual who supervises the Meadville Post Office manager. Thank you.

    I have ongoing delivery problems in Monrovia, CA (91016). Supervisors there state they only take verbal complaints, which I seriously do not believe. Who would be administratively over the Monrovia CA Post Office and how do I contact them to lodge a complaint? Issues are serious; mail (including bank checks) is delivered to other addresses, etc.

    The Veterans Affairs (VA) needs for my employer,Postal distribution center, to complete VA FORM 21-4192. The problem is that the processing/distribution center closed, Macon Georgia P&D, has closed. To whom do I send this VA form to? Your help in this matter is important to me, thank your for your assistance.

    This is NOT the site I want. I want to know the service areas of the USPS District Offices in the Southwest Area? Now can you fulfill this request in a TIMELY MANOR and I don't mean days of weeks.

If you have not already done so, please try contacting your local Post Office. If you have already done that, try contacting USPS Customer Service, (800-275-8777), or check on the USPS website.

    I am not receiving my mail. I have spoken to my post office personnel and have been told that the carrier states he is delivering mail but I am not receiving it. I recently moved, filled out an USPS change of address and contacted all contacts & given them my new address. It has been a month and the only mail I received was two magazines that I picked up AT the Post Office. My neighbor, who is a strange person, has some mail sent to my address instead of her own. I have asked her to correct this and use her address and not mine but she refuses to do so. I don't know if she is taking my mail as we have mail slots where mail can be obtained outside or inside. She denies everything. I'm angry and frustrated that my bills are not arriving or Netflix or anything. I am not getting any resolution on this. I don't know if the carrier is not delivering my mail, which I feel he has no reason not to, or if my neighbor is taking it. She is considered a troublemaker in our complex. Please help and advise. I do not know why she has my address on her mail instead of her own & will not change anything. Thank you. Rosemary Pope

    9/29/16 Re: William Taft Post Office 5052 Clairemont Dr. San Diego, CA 92117 I live on Courser Ave. which is serviced by referenced office. It has been over a year that we have NOT had a REGULAR mail carrier. According to the manager and various carriers the individual carrier assigned to our route is on sick leave. As I mentioned earlier this has been going on for over a year now. Every day we a different carrier delivering mail. Some are delivering our route after they have delivered to their regular route and others are sometimes extras for the day or whatever. Depending on the time of the year there are times when the carrier has to use a flash light because it’s after dark before we get our daily mail. I have talked with the managers at Taft several times and each stated that a new regular carrier would be appointed shortly. Many people on my street have complained as well. We don’t ask for much just to receive our mail at a respectable and approximately the same time each day. Your assistance will be appreciated.
