    I don't want to leave a comment. I want my package, which has now been languishing at the ISC in NY for 9 days! Came to this site trying to find some link to customer support at ISC NY. So far, nothing. Does the USPO need ISC's? No. I think not. They haven't saved money and they have shown to be grossly inefficient. UPS, DHL, FedEx all seem to manage international parcels. Why can't the USPO?

    I had my package sitting since the 19th of september and havent had any updates till today and it wasnt a update sent to me i had to look my tracking number up on google and it showed that my package left miami today and from the 19th to today the 28th theres been no scanning or any updating to show in between. Do what i did and hopefully ur package is on the way.

    I have a USPS Search Request ID #1998413 to find the package assoiciated with the USPS Tracking Number LW168326082CN It was supposed to be mailed to me from a SHELLIE BROWN a seller on Amazon. She gave me the tracking number which started in China and then was delivered to ISC New York. Then it went to Georgia, and finally arrived at a 'front desk' somewhere in South Carolina, only the USPS would know the address where it actually came from. The seller may be a fraud and they are using a USPS tracking # which should be a crime. If #LW168326082CN is my package then it should be delivered to me in HARRISBURG PA or she should be in jail.

    what is it that you actually do? Who is in charge of the usps? Who can actually help the american people when we need something done? You over charge for your sub par services and its so unprofessional how your employees treat the customers whether it be on the phone or in person. I am a active United States Sailor and I get treated as I am some sort of leach. My parcel has been sitting in ISC NY since 18MAR2017 and has yet to move. I've started multiple cases due to not a single human has gotten back to me. I have literally contacted every person I can find a number for and has been a bust. The service that you guys provide is null and void to what FEDEX and UPS provide. Some please help. You had no problem taking the $30 in shipping from me but now cant even make a call nor email me. Good job on being exactly what everyone thinks you are.

    I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears the USPS ISC at JFK Airport is absolutely horrible. They don't answer their phone, there is no way to contact them other than perhaps and I mean perhaps you walk into their office. They may hide in closets I don't know but you are aware of the problem so either staff the Dept. with adequate employees, put an efficient manager in place or place an entire new staff at the location or ask the Federal government for financial help to relieve this back log, since they are in control of national security. This is far from satisfactory for the Us, it maybe for a third world nation but it don't fly here. I am looking for package inbound to me in the U.S. from Sweden the tracking # CC 179612662SE.     I had sent a student application to New York State Education Dept for an Eligibility Certificate which is needed for me prior to starting my short term elective program in Weill Cornell Medical College. This applicationpackage is STUCK in US CUSTOMS from 08 April till date i.e. 13 April for reasons unknown. An international student is dependent on applications reaching on time to the US university - However such delays may jeopardise the course of students - These are not goods or delivery packages. There must be a seperate policy for educational/university documents tobe on priorty as a students career may be affected by such inordinate del;ays. Kindly requesting you to look into this matter.     Package arrived at ISC New York on Feb 24th 2017. No movement since then. Package is a cloclothes. There are NO ways to contact ISC. No way to contact customs. This is truly ridiculous. CP760072159UA is the tracking number.

    I'd like to report fraud, waste and abuse by the USPS and their s-l-o-w processing at the ISC in new york. Can't get answers from anyone in the post office. Package has been in the same location "tracked" for more than a week! Pathetic "service" when you can't get accurate information and there are no numbers to call for answers. This experience changes my whole opinion of the USPS - What a disappointment!

    I mailed my official absentee ballot from an overseas military base in Germany on 26 Oct 2016. It arrived on 28 Oct 2016 at USPS Origin Facility, JAMAICA, NY 11430 at 1806 hrs. It was processed through the facility (ISC NEW YORK NY) 37 minutes later and that's the last update to my mail. Why is it being held up in NY when it should have already been delivered to FLA? Despite that it is an overseas ballot, it is just letter mail; not a package with wires sticking out or strange fluid stains on it. What could possibly be holding it up? My concern, along with tampering with US mail being a felony offense, is what if this was payment for bill? Or something else that was time-sensitive (not that a national election isn't)?
