My order was last logged as being at ISC NY June 10 2017. Is there a reason it's languished there for the last 6 weeks?

My package has been sitting in ISC NY since July 15th. Usually once it's processed through it normally is on the way to me within 3 hours, at the latest 1 day. What is going on with my package?

I've tired numerous times to reach out to you guys and have gotten nowhere. My package has been at ISC NY since May 29th, 2017 and no one is willing to give me an explanation as to why I haven't received my package yet. Such a huge inconvenience. I had very important documents in that package. Very disappointed in the service I have been receiving from you guys.

Obviously this blog is another bs useless get nowhere site.. The moderator repeats same crap over and over. It gets very frustrating especially when you pay Almost $100 extra for priority express and they're lazy not doing their job over at ISC new york.. Mine has been sitting for over a week when i normally get things in 3 days. Hopefully I'll get refunded on everything and will use ups fed ex or dhl from now on. Its no wonder usps is going broke you suck its worth paying a little more to another company then deal with this bs.

Hi Your parcel is stuck at the ISC USPS New York facility and so are thousands of others. IT IS TIME FOR US TO TAKE ACTION. This, as well as the inaction of the OIG, needs to be independently investigated. Please contact an investigative journalist you know, or one of the following to let them know that some kind of misconduct is occurring and you are being affected by it. This sight blocks me from giving you direct links to investigative journalists, but if you google them, a bunch will come up. Please also continue to record your missing package here with the tacking number so any investigators can see the magnitude of the missing items. Together we can bring about change and hopefully a happy ending for all those who have a parcel stuck at this facility.

This place is a black hole full of lost packages! Stay away at all costs. The staff at my local post office told me "oh, they do whatever they want over there. It's another world". When I finally got someone in Customs on the phone they said it would take WEEKS to get my package. This is an outrageous situation and the lack of customer service that is not robotic makes it worse. Useless recordings and websites, phone numbers that no one answers - unbelievable! I wish the news media or someone would investigate what goes on here. I have learned my lesson and will never have anything shipped through here again.

I mailed a package from Italy destination Massachusetts in November 2016. It never arrived. Tried to contact usps. Told no one could help ask Italy. Italy said its lost in New York. Since January. Contacted my u.s. representative who was told it is lost and I must make a claim with Italy. So I do so and Italy post said it's stuck in New York customs. Contact usps. Recipient has not received any paperwork regarding package. So now what? And to top that half the time the website form to start the lost mail process on the usps site is not functioning. And if you call the 877 number get a message your package is lost you cannot make a claim... what is that? Am I just supposed to give up? It almost July....

Good morning, I apologize to disturb you. But you are the only one who probably can help. The situation is obscure. I've been expecting the package from Russia since May 2nd. On May 11th, the package got stuck in ISC NEW YORK NY. The tracking number is CB011264309RU. It says "Inbound Out of Customs". My parents, who sent the package, brought up this issue at their local post office. But they were told that Russia does not take any responsibilities if a package is lost in the USA. So, I called ISC NEW YORK and talked to the agent for a long time. As a result, they can't help, either. They said the mailer was supposed to file a claim. I am afraid that the package got stolen. Please, help me with any piece of advice. Thank you.

I was going to comment about how my package has been stuck in the black abyss of the NY ISC/ Customs for over 3 weeks now AND how it burns me up that the OIG thinks that all the numerous complaints about "everyday mail issues" doesn't concern them, as if all of these complaints aren't somehow related to waste, fraud and abuse. A majority of the reason why so many packages are held up for weeks on end ( absolutely a reflection of waste and abuse of sender's/ recipients personal property) or lost (many times directly related to theft/fraud) is ABSOLUTELY what the OIG needs to be concerned about. How are we supposed to report more detailed info about what happens to our "lost" or extremely delayed packages, when no one working at the ISC can even be reached for an inquiry. Seems to me that maybe the OIG needs to be more concerned about the "everyday mail delivery issues" if the OIG is actually interested in doing its job. A majority of the above complaints are a direct reflection of what the OIG claims to be concerned with. However, when the blog moderators can only provide a canned response to all of the above complaints ( which the USPS has already failed to address) it really makes one seriously question just how genuine the OIG really is regarding its "mission". I'll save you the canned response and go ahead an reply on the OIG blog administrators behalf: . OIG Blog Moderator reply Hi Dan, Thank you for your message. I completely agree. My registered mail package from Germany just arrived in ISC today. After reading all about all the issues that customers are having and the robotic responses they have received, I am terrified that I am never going to receive my item. This situation is outrageous. Has anyone ever contacted the local news stations?

My registered letter was accepted on May 15, 2017 in local post office, then arrived at ISC USPS in New York on May 18th 2017 from where it is supposed to be sent to Europe. Usually it takes 7-10 business days from day of acceptance which is already past due over 2 weeks. Can you tell me what to do? I track it every day and it says the same: May 18, 2017, 8:35 am Arrived at Facility ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS), no further information. I sent a complaint to ISC USPS on may 26th - no answer so far. Number is RE885245105US, thank you. Please tell me, when is it going to be in Europe? It is very important document, thanks again.
