    What is going on at ISC New York? My package was processed on Sept. 9 2017, but it still has not cleared customs. Per the USPS rep, I can't get any information other than it has not cleared customs. Is there a backlog? Is my package forgotten in a corner? Did someone steal it? It is a piece of cloth, so I don't understand why it would raise any red flags. I am incredibly frustrated that I can't talk with anyone at the NY facility. Maybe people are working hard there, but I have no way of knowing that. Will do my best to avoid using USPS.

    So my package was held for 45 days just to be rejected and sent back and now it hasn't even left the facility again to go back. They seem like they r going to hold it another 45 days. All this for no reason what so ever. That customs needs to be shut down and everyone there fired. It is a gross misuse of power what they do to people there.

    My package is @ New York ISC since August 3rd without any updates and without any answer from USPS. Called and waited 1 hour on the phone to talk to someone and nobody can do anything. Spoke to different USPS clerks from Colorado and N.Y.- no answer for the issue. Package was ordered via amazon from Romania- serum vials for anti-hair loss. It`s not the first time to order cosmetics from different countries- never had any issues. I want some updates or my money back from USPS or from U.S.customs. What a waste of time, energy, and very disappointing in dealing with politics like these.

    This is rediculous... package has been sitting at new York processing center since 9-16... it's now 9-22 with no movement. Whats going on here? I could have drove there myself and picked it up by now. Paid for express shipping. Obviously a waste.

    Hello, I am a designer I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY ITEM FOR OVER A MONTH. Items were mailed August 11th 2017. Not only have I missed my Fashion without my PACKAGE. It is still showing me that (Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 3:46 pm on September 12, 2017.) I am beyond upset and I still need to know what is happening with the package. This has caused me so much.

    My package has been sitting at ARRIVED AT INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CENTER Sep-11-17, 02:52 AM, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) 11430. It is now 9/19 when I make this comment. My other package went through everything with no issue and even arrived today. But this one has been like this since the 11th. This is not the first time the USPS has pulled this with customers. To make matters worse the USPS refuses to track my package anymore. The only reason that I saw that status was because it appeared on the ebay tracking. USPS claims this, "USPS Tracking® is unavailable for this product for KOREA REPUBLIC OF." This is bull because I have had plenty of packages shipped from Korea and it was tracked with no issues. The post office seems to not care about registered packages and mail anymore. They do whatever they want and treat their customers like dirt when you try and ask them a legit question. The post office needs to get their act together or people will stop using them.

    My package has been at ISC for 12 days. What's the hold up? This is ridiculous. You wonder why the USPS isn't being used like it use to be. I have called my local Post Office and there is nothing they can do. People pay for shipping and expect it to be delivered. I have called the 800 number & the 718 number. NOTHING!! I want me freaking package. It is a piece of clothing not drugs so there is no reason for this bull. Someone needs to contact me about what is freakin going on.

    My package is at the NY ISC since October 30th. I am trying to get some information as to what happened to it, no one seem to have an answer for me. The local post (Leesburg, VA)office is saying they don't know what ISC is and insisting it's the CBP and refusing to accept the fact that, it was cleared by customs and handed over to the USPS even after talking to Customs and Border Patrol agent. Even the agent got annoyed by this idiot supervisor. I am not sure why this agency is still in business, they are nothing but an incompetent entity run by the most ill-informed employees. I hope congress would vote to either shut them down or privatize it.

    I shipped my inhaler ahead of my leaving Canada to address where I am going an paid extra to get it there ahead of me now it is stuck at the ISC New York since Saturday an no one will help. This is awful an a misuse of the Mail system. I think a class action lawsuit should take place. They are messing with people's lives an people's personal items.

    My package was last tracked to ISC NY on the 3rd of September today is the 9th, still no movement. I've never had this happen before with packages. Very frustrating. There's got to be a way to find out what's happening with packages, I even paid for fast shipping. If anyone else finds answer I would like to know.

    Package stuck in ISC New York since August 20th. Paid priority international. At this point I deserve a refund for how ridiculously long this is taking. It's also ridiculous that there's absolutely no way to contact this facility to ask about packages, and that USPS themselves don't claim ISC NY and can't help with getting my package (and said so themselves) but this is literally on a USPS website and says (USPS) next to the center name. You guys are awful.

    I have been awaiting a package from my family in South Africa for over a month already. They have paid alot of money to send this package through but I have not received it or any communication regarding an issue with the package. This is truly an unorganised and unprofessional service. People deserve atleast a response from you guys regarding our packages.

    USPS tracking shows that a small package shipped to me via registered mail from Germany departed the Jamaica Int'l Distribution Center at 4:03 pm on Sunday, August 20th (9 days ago). For the next 3 days there is the standard tracking message stating the package is in transit to its destination (and the message includes my town and 9-digit zip code). I talked to my local postmaster who showed me that according to the internal USPS system, my package is still sitting in Jamaica because there was a scanning problem with the address. How does the tracking system know my town and zip code if the address could not be scanned???? The local postmaster told me she would contact me when she sees that Jamaica rescans my package. I asked how long that would be. She said it could be days, weeks or even months depending on how busy they are at Jamaica. I asked what happens if the package is not successfully scanned the next time. She said it probably goes in a dead letter bin. I asked, since it was registered, if it would be sent back to the sender. She said not for international mail. I have read how busy the Jamaica facility is. So, I have a feeling my package will either never be rescanned or it will be months until it is rescanned. Come on....the first scan identified my town and zip code...why wasn't it forwarded to my local post office!?!?

    I mailed a package on July 3rd 2017 I went to the post office and Salisbury Maryland they said the last time the package was in Jamaica New York at Customs the package merchandise was $80 I feel like I've been cheated someone stole my product or something how can I file a complaint because I do want my money back for this product I also paid 13.75 for it to be shipped this is totally crazy

    I am an Albanian Bilingual teacher at an elementary school in Waterbury CT. On July 3rd I shipped a box of books from Albania to the address of the school. The books have not been delivered yet and they have been stuck in the international service center since July 7. Monday the 2017-2018 school year starts and I don't have my students' books yet. Have been in contact with the post office for our school's zip code and they say that they can not do anything. I need the books for my students! Please help.

    Hi I ordered a package from an etsy seller and it has been stuck at the New York facility for almost a week now and I'm starting to get very worried because I've seen a lot of people saying there packages have been lost here. I would really like to know that my package will be sent out in a timely manner due to the fact that it is a gift. I'm really worried it won't be sent out anytime soon and I was planning on giving the gift to someone next week because I thought it would have been here by now.

    I have been going to the post office zip code 11226 on church avenue for an entire week for my registered mail and each time I am told "it's at the warehouse, en route to us come back tomorrow it should be here" It has been a week now and cannot get my mail. Very frustrated and angry

    Look I understand it can be busy but it seems that a lot of people have a huge issue with the isc new york plant a lot of packages are held up for weeks an months. How is it a 3rd world country can get it to the USA in 3 or 4 days and once it gets to the USA in the new york plant it goes into the Bermuda triangle lost for long periods of time with no tracking updates nobody that works for usps ever knows what happened or what to do about it. It's extremely frustrating that me a us tax payer and pay a lot of money for shipping you can suck this badly. I h ome that usps goes out of business because you guys do everything wrong. FedEx ups act all can get packages to me no problem but not the usps smh something needs to be done about usps and the isc new york plant it's in professional do your jobs!!!
