For years I've been getting coupons from the different auto parts stores. The other day, July 5th, 2016, I received a set of coupons, and one was missing. This is the first time, this has happened to me. These were sent to me from, "Advance Auto Parts. These coupons all come together on a flat plastic like board, that's laminated. You break off which price deal section that's applies to the amount and item/items you are purchasing. Savings from, $5.00 to $100.00, with $5, $10., $25., $50. $100. off of your purchase. This promotion even had a special offer of $26.99 towards 5 quarts of Castrol EDGE Full Synthetic Motor Oil. The other coupon for another higher amount. This is the one that's missing. Before when I had problems, years ago, it was about not getting a package, that was sent to me. Or a letter that was partly opened. Please Post Master, Inspector General, can you please tell whomever it may be , or where ever the breakdown in a professional government job system, to please get it together. Thank You so much, for your time in this matter.

I work in the call center and most of the calls are for packages that was scanned delivered. The carrier scans the package as delivered before they deliver them. This is happening all over the United States at every post office. The post master general need to send out a video instructing the carriers not to scan the packages until they are actually out for delivery!!!

How about when your carriers do not attempt to deliver to the door for a signature and leave an attempted delivery notice in the MAILBOX of a community mailbox without even trying to come to the door. I know I was home all day well within the front door proximity. Not a peep from the door! No bell, no knock! This is not the first time from this carrier either! Recognize the writing on the delivery note!
