    Today 12-11-2017 Mon about 2:30 pm your postal driver rammed his delivery vechicle into one side of the landscaping that is on each side of the enternce of my driveway causing the blocks to be flung into the yard and plantings to be dug up. How do i go about getting this mess fixed since your driver made no attempt to correct it or apologize and drove off. Its obvious he was going to fast when crossing the street and slide right into the blocks and i heard the bang from inside the house. I have pictures of damage so what do i need to do?

    I was rear ended by a mail truck in Houston on the intersection of Tidwell and Nordling. A supervisor but the name of Steve Johnson came by and gave me a number to contact to file a claim but the number just rings and there is no answer. The personal number he gave also does not go through. I have pictures of the truck, the name of the driver and the truck number

    The post man today delivered our mail unfortunately my car was in the way of the mailbox so the post man decided to sit and lean on my car as he is putting the mail in the mailbox so I came outside and confronted him and told him if you want to leave the mail that’s ok but don’t sit on my car and lean your weight on it and he replied I could of not left it and I told him yes please don’t leave it and please don’t sit on my car and as I inspected my vehicle he put some scratches from him sitting on the fender and leaning on it so who do I need to get in contact to get this issue fixed I live in riverside ca and this incident happens today 11-24-2017 and i have cameras in front of my house as well thank you

    I was hit by a postal service truck on November 13, 2017. The postal truck number 9217015 crossed over the yellow line coming into my lane hit my driver side mirror and broke it. I have been dealing with Josh Gravl And officer Sedgwick gave me the name and number for Vanessa Durbarrow I have been trying to get my truck fixed. I have all the necessary pictures and information showing that the vehicle crossed over into my lane. How do I get everything taken care of?

    The postal lady took out our awning with her vehicle. She had her manager come and look at the damages. He told us within a week someone will reach out to us about the claim. We forwarded his the damage estimate and replacement cost. We emailed him twice and no reply. Who do I contact?

    Postal carrier backed into my vehicle, causing damage. I have submitting information to the Hotline, although the Hotline appears to be more related to fraud and misconduct that traffic accident claims. I am concerned how long it will take to get any action. I notice others on this site have the same concern. How long does this process take? Can I expect "overnight" action or will my Hotline submission go into the "lost letter" file?

    On Monday, October 23, 2017 a post office vehicle that delivers my mail was speeding down my winding driveway a pouring rain and slid off my driveway and tore up about 8 feet of my yard and got stuck in it because The ground was so wet from the pouring rain. They had to be pulled out by a wrecker!! I reported It the next day . The lady that answered the phone at the Covington Georgia post office annex said she would have the postmaster call me back . he never did.. I called three more times and she said he was on the phone and very busy but he would call me right back. I am still waiting and it is now November 5th. please tell me what I need to do? I have lots of pictures of my torn up lawn.... The lady at the post office annex in Covington Georgia said she has sent someone out to take pictures of my lawn also because it is so torn up, So there are evidently pictures taken by the USPS but the postmaster doesn't feel the need to call me back even though his employee said that he would. I need somebody to just send out a landscaper to fix this lawn ... It would be so simple, but The post office feels the need to make everybody angry before you do anything about your damage and claims made against you. Please have someone call me about this problem or send someone out .

    I am investigating an accident claim on behalf of Farm bureau Insurance. One of you drivers, Jesse Taylor was involved in a CRASH on 10-28-2016 while operating a vehicle owned by the USPS.     I was in a car accident on 07/27/17 where the post office worker failed to yield and I am yet to hear from anyone with USPS in regards to the complaints I've filled. Although I have an attorney, no one has contacted me directly to see if there is anything they can help me with such as a car rental. My car was a total loss and I'm now without transportation, due to a driver's negligence, and have many doctor appointments I have a get to on foot. I lost my job and have no money for bus fare, taxi or car rental.

    A postal worker hit my car with their delivery vehicle this morning (10/27). The postal worker was issued a ticket for failure to yield. I do not want to submit a claim to my insurance company but rather to USPS. I submitted an online complaint but am wondering how quickly I will information for submitting a claim. I need to get a rental car as soon as possible. Please advise.

    A USPS truck completely demolished my scooter along with 4 other vehicles and the building next to my apartment building and I have been waiting for the police to get ahold of me but apparently they are not so I need to report this claim to get paid for my scooter.     I was in a car accident with a postal worker which completely totalled my car on July 27, 2017 and am yet to hear from the supervisor in scene or anyone from the post office. I really think this is unfair and shows no remorse or responsibility of the United States Post office. I have since lost my job because of transportation issues and can't seem to talk to anyone regarding a car rental.
