Field Operations Reviews at Select Plants and Delivery Units
OIG auditors conduct field operations reviews at select plant and delivery units in specific areas around the country. The reviews consist of reports for delivery units and the processing and distribution center that serves them. We also issue another report summarizing the results of our audits at all delivery units with specific recommendations for management to address.
