How can I order PFS form 8176 for Premium Ordering Service? My local Post Offices throughout the area dont have them. They tell me to call 800-ask-usps. However, when I call them, they tell me to go to my local Post Office. So I am stuck in a circular loop. I know I can download the PDF of the form, but I prefer to have the regular form that is printed in triplicate so it gives the 3 carbon copies automatically, without the need to make photocopies of the single page form after it's filled out.
