    We often see multiple parcels with the exact same tracking number. Seems online sellers just print multiple copies of the same labels. Very few supv’s will figure the postage due, but recipients refuse to pay, so we return to sender. Then the seller will resend them, a day or two apart, to avoid postage due. Mgmt of today are clueless and aren’t trained, so tell us to just deliver it. We see parcels, letters etc without postage, or have ’used’ postage, and management still tells us to just deliver it. They won’t go after lost postage revenue, but sure go after craft employee pay all the time.
