Mail Delivery, Customer Service, and Property Condition Reviews – Select Units, Portland, OR Region
We performed a self-initiated audit at the Portland, OR, Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) and four delivery units serviced by the P&DC during the week of November 29, 2021. The delivery units included the Beaverton, OR, and Vancouver, WA, Main Post Offices (MPO) and the Parkrose and Piedmont Stations in Portland, OR.
We issued individual reports for the four delivery units and the P&DC we visited. We also issued another report summarizing the results of our audits at all four delivery units with specific recommendations for management to address.
