ROCHESTER, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Bobby Bullard, Jr., 35, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of theft by government employee, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and one year supervised release by U.S. District Judge David G. Larimer. The defendant was also ordered to pay $648 in restitution for a stolen cell phone.

The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation by Special Agents of the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge is Kenneth Cleevely.
