As the reporting period for our Spring Semiannual Report to Congress (SARC) came to a close, we found ourselves amid a global health crisis unprecedented for our times.

The infographic gives you an overview of our work from October 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020: For example, 66 audit reports and white papers, with the Postal Service accepting 93 percent of our recommendations; 1,174 investigations that led to 401 arrests and more than $405 million in fines, restitution, and recoveries, more than $77.7 million of which was turned over to the Postal Service.

We encourage you to read the full report to better understand how we fulfill our mission of ensuring efficiency, accountability, and integrity in the Postal Service. And we hope that by the time we issue our Fall SARC, the worst of the pandemic will be behind us all.

I ordered 2 packages from china in April,2020 one is still in china and the other was finally checked through Chicago on June 8,2020 and I've not had a update on my tracking since then so what is my package just laying around there for no particular reason? What's the hold up that it was checked 6 days ago and not sent out to get to me yet?? Its actually ridiculous that its taking so long I understand the covid-19 stuff but come on man you check someone's items then send them straight out to the person.. what's the problem??

They are opening residents packages and taking out what they want from them and then wrapping open packages back up with WE CARE wrap and then sending them out. Sad. I feel your frustration.

Great work. Now, how about a report regarding how letter carriers not in uniform affects public perception of the service when compared to U P S and FeDex?

They have a nepotism and cronyism pass for this and most other policies that need not apply to them.
