There are three small offices near me. The hours in the recent past have been reduced. Also, the town's mail is routed through a larger nearby town. My suggestion is to reduce the three offices to one office, which could increase the availability for business with all day hours. I do not believe this would impact the reliability of the PO. In the recent past, my PO has lost mail twice, which created a problem for me. Since, I still pay my bills by the mail. When this happened I had to rectify with the companies, why I was late with payment.

Was treated unfairly by a employee due to the reason he was not aware as how to use his own system instead he was implying I was sending something illegal infront of customer. This person shouldn’t be representing a company such is USPS unless properly trained .

I can only answer for AO (area offices) , as I do not work in the plant. My experience is that the single maintenance employee housed in the Glens Falls office has a lot of offices to cover. Not only in numbers but in miles of area to cover. I feel that many important maintenance work orders are left uncompleted. I would suggest hiring another part time assistant to catch up much less maintain all these offices. This would cut down on the overtime and our offices would be safer and more secure. I have a deadbolt issue that has not been fixed or replaced with latest work order submitted 5/01/17. This has been a recurring work order for 2 plus years.

USPS focuses on Function 1 quite a bit in the plants, Maintenance and Transportation get away with a lot more.

We are looking into maintenance expense issues at processing plants with this review. Do you have any examples of areas where maintenance expenses could be reduced?
